Abstract

Navigators are the first to face the need to ensure navigation safety, they take increased precautions for guiding vessels. Navigators can increase their awareness of navigation conditions in difficult navigation areas by using the electronic navigation chart display system and information in the 3D electronic navigation chart display mode
