This paper presents the study of basic psychophysiological functions of pupils with social and educational significance that showed a close relationship with the complex refractive harmonious physical development of girls and boys. The research made it possible to develop multi-factor models for anticipating the characteristics of their interconnection and interdependence, probabilistic prediction of criterion values of the complex index of physical development for different age periods of life, and to carry out their thorough prognostic assessment.
