Abstract

The research analyzes the issues of methodology improvement for technological process management and automation of management processes based on improving the use of the flexible «Agile» methodology, where flexibility and adaptability are achieved through a combination of appropriate tools and instruments of generative artificial intelligence, analyzes the key principles of interaction of management methodologies in combination with them, provides a comparative characterization of the «AgileGen» method in comparison with others based on a combination of the «Agile» methodology and generative artificial intelligence tools.
