Conducting Rescue Operations in Disaster Areas on the Basis of High Technologies

Abstract

The work shows the justification of approaches to determining the priority areas of development of navigation support as a component of information support of a group of moving objects under the conditions of action in the disaster zone. A theoretical analysis of the influence of obstacles on rescue operations with the use of navigation support systems and navigation equipment is carried out.
