Abstract

This work focuses on automating and optimising the planning and booking processes for services in the beauty, health and sports industries. The development of the WellSy platform, which includes the integration of HR management, scheduling, booking processes, payment processing and attendance and revenue analysis, has resulted in a system that ensures efficient business management and maximizes customer satisfaction and convenience.
